The Department of Labour, Sabah carry out investigation and settlement of complaints received from employees.

 

Employees who are subjected to the Sabah Labor Ordinance may lodge complaints at any of the Labor Offices adjacent to their premises.

 

Complaint Case

Complaint cases in respect of contravention of the terms and conditions of employment which do not involve monetary claim such as dismissal from service leave, working time, victimization, employment of foreign workers and others.
